Chia Pudding

INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup black chia seeds
- 400 ml coconut milk
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- Salt
- 10 almonds , roughly chopped
- Pepitas seeds
- 1 sprig thyme leaves
- 2- 3 strawberries, sliced
METHOD:
- Place the chia seeds, coconut milk, maple syrup and pinch of salt into a large bowl and stir to combine. Place in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
TO SERVE:
- Divide among serving bowls and top with almonds, pepitas, thyme, strawberries and drizzle of maple syrup,
