Chia Pudding recipe - The Cooks Pantry

INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ cup black chia seeds
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup
  • Salt
  • 10 almonds , roughly chopped
  • Pepitas seeds
  • 1 sprig thyme leaves
  • 2- 3 strawberries, sliced

METHOD:

  • Place the chia seeds, coconut milk, maple syrup and pinch of salt into a large bowl and stir to combine. Place in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.

TO SERVE:

  • Divide among serving bowls and top with almonds, pepitas, thyme, strawberries and drizzle of maple syrup,
