- 2 cups rolled oats
- 350ml cloudy apple juice
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp honey
- Pinch of salt
- ⅓ cup almonds , roughly chopped
- ⅓ cup pepitas
- 1 granny smith apple, grated
- Into a bowl place rolled oats, apple juice, cinnamon, honey and salt, stir to combine. Add almond and pepitas, mix until coated. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight to allow oats to soften.
- Fold through apple before serving
