Prawn Sliders recipe - The Cooks Pantry

  • 12 Coles Raw Medium Black Tiger Prawns
  • 2 tbsp ZoOSh Free Range Egg Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tsp Tabasco (or to your liking)
  • 2 tsp Worchester sauce
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 cucumber, peeled into ribbons
  • 6 small brioche buns


  • Using well seasoned salt water in a pot, heat until just steaming before adding prawns. Once cooked, remove from water and set aside to cool before peeling and deveining them.
  • In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, tomato sauce, tabasco, worchester and salt and stir until combined.
  • Begin building your sliders buy slicing the sliders in half and spread the sauce on the base, before adding prawns and cucumber ribbons.
