- 2 tbsp ZoOSh Free Range Egg Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 1 tsp Tabasco (or to your liking)
- 2 tsp Worchester sauce
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 cucumber, peeled into ribbons
- 6 small brioche buns
- Using well seasoned salt water in a pot, heat until just steaming before adding prawns. Once cooked, remove from water and set aside to cool before peeling and deveining them.
- In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, tomato sauce, tabasco, worchester and salt and stir until combined.
- Begin building your sliders buy slicing the sliders in half and spread the sauce on the base, before adding prawns and cucumber ribbons.
