Trio of Dips
- 1 ZoOsh Smokey Bacon Dip
- 1 ZoOsh Gherkin Dip
- 1 ZoOsh Smoked Salmon & Dill Dip
- 1 loaf turkish bread.
- 1 chorizo, diced and fried until crispy
- ½ cup pickled jalapenos, sliced
- ¼ cup fried shallots
- Slice bread in half and drizzle inside with olive oil and put in the oven at 220C for 5 minutes, or until lightly golden. Allow to cool completely.
- On each side, spread a generous amount of dip in three even parts. Sprinkle with chorizo, jalapenos and fried shallots. Cut bread into thin diagonal slices and serve on a large serving platter. Enjoy!
